As we reflect on the journey of 2024, we are filled with gratitude for the incredible transformations we've witnessed in homes throughout our community. This past year has not only been about enhancing spaces but also about fostering meaningful relationships and giving back to the community that has supported us throughout the years. Here’s a look at 2024 highlights at Koebers:
Home Transformations:
Replaced thousands of old corded window coverings with safer options; 64% were POWER!
Increased installation of Luxury Vinyl Plank, waterproof & scratch-resistant, ideal for active homes- especially in the Pacific Northwest!
Raised floors in sunken living spaces for a more open feel
Continued installation of stair runners and textured cut/loop carpets, primarily on upper levels and bedrooms.
Community Contributions:
Held our 3rd Teacher Rug Day Giveaway, donating over 170 rugs to Beaverton School District classrooms.
Supported local teachers by donating hundreds of school supplies, thanks to our customers generosity and sponsors like Chick-fil-A Raleigh Hills and Nothing Bundt Cakes Beaverton.
2024 Awards:
Honored with "The Best of Beaverton Award" by Mayor Lacey Beaty for community involvement at the State of the City Address

Looking Forward to 2025
As we step into 2025, we anticipate even more exciting trends and transformations. We expect the resurgence of natural elements in design, with hardwood and natural weave carpets making a strong comeback. Loop woven sisal and wool-like carpets will likely trend, offering warmth and texture to homes. We already saw many of these looks in 2024 and it’s expected to continue. Additionally, homeowners can look forward to the incorporation of bold colors and patterns, creating moody, personalized spaces.
